Placing an Order

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • All major credit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and AgStandard Gift Cards. We can only accept one form of payment per order with the exception of adding a AgStandard Gift Card as a form of partial payment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

  • We are based in California and are not required to charge sales tax on food.

What if I need to change my order?

  • Because we do not store credit card information, we cannot process changes after an order is placed. However, if you wish to remove an item and it has been less than 30 minutes since your order was placed, you can contact lets@getagstandard.com and we will attempt to remove the item before it is processed. If you wish to add additional items, please place a new order. Free standard shipping applies to all orders $35+.

What if I need to cancel my order?

  • If it has been less than 30 minutes since your order was placed, you can contact lets@getagstandard.com to request a cancellation. We will do our best to cancel the order but cannot guarantee it. If the 30-minute cancellation timeframe has been exceeded, you will be able to return your order once it’s received at our warehouse for a full refund.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

  • Our processing center has a short payment processing window. To avoid any inconvenience to our customers, we process payments right when an order is placed to avoid missing the window and having to contact customers to resubmit their orders.

Can I get AgStandard gift wrapped?

  • Please email lets@getagstandard.com with gifting requests. We try to accommodate the perfect gifting experience.

Order Status

What is the status of my order?

  • For the most up to date information on your order and to track the shipping of your order, you can create an account at checkout and log in to your account to check your status whenever you like (if your excitement has you checking your status every hour, we completely understand). If you placed an order without creating an account, contact us at lets@getagstandard.com and we’ll email your order status to you.


Where does AgStandard ship?

  • We provide shipping to all 50 US states and love knowing that freshness appeals to everyone.

 Does AgStandard ship internationally?

  • Currently we ship within the United States only, though we are excited about adding international shipping in the near future. To stay up-to-date on AgStandard news and any changes in our shipping policy, you can subscribe to our email newsletter here.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer free 2 day standard shipping on orders $29+ to all 50 US States. 

When will I receive my order?

  • AgStandard ships via USPS and Fedex. Tracking information for each order will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

  • Contact lets@getagstandard.com and we will do our best to process your address change request if it is within 30 minutes of placing your order. AgStandard Help Desk (lets@getagstandard.com) is open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST.

What is the AgStandard return policy?

  • Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please email lets@getagstandard.com if you would like to request a return.
